DESIGN BACKGROUND
After college training in the field, I worked in a digital media company and then in the marketing department of a medium sized safety products distributor, producing brochures, posters, catalogues, corporate videos, and animated banners for websites, as well as some basic web management. I currently do occasional freelance design work and teach graphic design in college.

Brochures & ads
As a mid-level graphic designer for this distributor of safety products, I created a series of ads for the various instruments and equipment it stocks.
Catalogues
A safety product catalogue and a safety eyewear cataologue
Brochures
This corporate brochure marshalled heavy layering to convey depth and ‘busyness’ representing the complexity of and heightened activity required in this age of biochemical threats etc.

Websites for partner companies and a personal language self-study site for students
Flash animations
Flash is a an animation program. Though no itself is is no longer supported by browsers, it is still used to animate bitmap or vector graphics. My workpieces include web splash pages, banners, and trade show presentation pieces.
Art brochure
This bilingual freelance project was completed for Amnesty international and featured artworks by human right activists
